Privacy Policy

Last updated November 5, 2026

This website is operated by Eternex, Inc. (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we handle and why. Contact us at legal@syndai.ai, 2261 Market Street STE 24499, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA.

Information we handle

We keep server logs (including IP addresses and request metadata) to operate and secure the site. We count visits without cookies: for each page someone views, our hosting provider records the page address, the country the visit came from, the time, the network operator (an organisation’s network, not you) and, if you came from another website, that website’s address (not the page you came from), but not the IP address. Each record is kept for three months. We use these to see how many visits the site gets, where they come from, and which organisations visited, to follow up with businesses we already know. Your browser keeps which website sent you for this tab only (no cookie), so that when you send a form on this site, or tap one of the links below, we also receive which site sent you; we keep it with what you send, to see which places bring people who get in touch. Unless we have turned it off, we also count taps on this site’s phone numbers, email addresses, map links and links to other websites. When you tap one, your browser tells our hosting provider, which records the kind of link, the other website’s address (for a link to another website), the country the tap came from and the time, but not the IP address. No cookie is used to count taps. Each record is kept for three months, and we use these counts only to see how the site is used. Your taps are never counted if your browser sends Global Privacy Control, or after you choose Don’t count my taps; this site then keeps that choice in a cookie. If you tick the box to get news, the business may email you news and offers. You can ask it to stop at any time. If this site has a form that sends us your details (such as a waitlist, order, booking or enquiry form) and you send it, we receive the email address and any other details you enter so we can follow up with you. Syndai stores them on our behalf as our processor. Entries are kept until the owner deletes them, and for at most 24 months. To have an entry removed, contact the business at legal@syndai.ai, 2261 Market Street STE 24499, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. To help us reply, Syndai may send what you entered, never your email address, to an AI model provider to draft our reply, which we read before anything is sent to you. If we have turned on this site’s AI assistant, the questions you type into it, with the conversation so far, are sent to an AI model provider through Syndai and its AI routing service, only to answer them from this website’s own pages and its help notes. The assistant says it is an AI and can be wrong. Once you send a message, Syndai keeps the conversation for us, linked to a random key in a cookie on your browser (see our Cookie Notice), for 90 days after its last message, so you can come back to it and read our replies; you can delete it at any time from the chat. We see a conversation only if you or the assistant pass it to us; then we can reply in it, and an AI model provider may translate it and our replies. While you wait for our reply, you can also leave your email address in the chat: Syndai keeps it with the conversation only to email you our replies, which it sends from a syndai.io address through its email provider Cloudflare, and we don’t see it. If you answer one of those emails, Syndai receives it through Cloudflare and adds the new text of your reply, without the quoted earlier mail, to the conversation, where it is kept and deleted with the conversation and may be translated like the rest; attachments are not kept. We may also answer by email, and you never see our email address. Syndai keeps each question, with email addresses, phone numbers and links removed, and whether it was answered, for up to 90 days, not linked to you. Syndai may use, with an AI model provider, visitors’ conversations and our replies, without names or email addresses, to check whether this site now answers what visitors ask and to write its help notes, and our replies may appear, without names, in this site’s help. If we have turned on this site’s phone line, calls forwarded to it are answered by an AI assistant through Syndai, its telephone provider Telnyx and an AI model provider. You hear that you are talking to an AI assistant and that the call is transcribed so a message can be passed on. Calls are not recorded and no transcript is kept. We keep only the message you leave and what you choose to give with it, such as your name and a number to call you back, which reach us like any form on this site; we never keep the number you call from. Of the call itself we keep only its length, for billing. If this site lets you pay online, you pay on a page run by Stripe. When you pay online, Stripe processes your payment under its own privacy policy and receives the details you give it; we never see or store your card details. We receive your order, your email address, and whether the payment went through, so we can fill your order and follow up with you. A page may offer content from another company, such as a video or a map. It shows as a placeholder, and nothing loads from that company until you choose to load it. If you do, that company receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy, which the placeholder links to.

How we use it
